How to reset password

If you have forgotten your VPort password or simply want to change it for security reasons, follow the steps below. The process takes just a few minutes and you will be back to streaming in no time.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to thevport.com/reset-password.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you created your VPort account and click Send Reset Link.
  3. Check your email inbox for a message from VPort with the subject line "Reset your password." If you do not see it within a couple of minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Click the reset link in the email. Note that this link expires after 15 minutes, so be sure to use it promptly. If it has expired, simply return to the reset page and request a new one.
  5. Choose a strong new password. We recommend using at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other services.
  6. Click Save and you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your new password.

Did not receive the email?

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email address, the one associated with your VPort account.
  • Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  • If you use a custom domain or corporate email, check with your IT team to make sure emails from VPort are not being filtered.
  • Try requesting the reset link again from thevport.com/reset-password.
