Promo code not working
Current web promotions are applied through a VPORT promotion link. The web Credit page does not provide a general box for manually entering a code.
Apply a web promotion
- Sign in to the intended VPORT account.
- Open the original promotion link you received from VPORT or its partner.
- Confirm that the promotion banner appears on Credit.
- Select an eligible credit package and review the checkout details before paying.
If the banner does not appear, the link may be incomplete, expired, already used, or not available to that account. Do not change or publicly post the promotion link.
Contact Support
Open a conversation in VPORT Support. Include where and when you received the offer, the account email, and a screenshot of the Credit page. Send the promotion link only inside the private support conversation.
