Authentication
Overview
On this page users see two clear options: Log In and Sign Up. Plus the login form (email/username, password) with show-password, remember-me, and forgot-password links, the signup form (name, email, username, password) with terms links, and prompts to check email for activation. Also visible: brief security reminders and links to support for troubleshooting.
Purpose
The authentication and onboarding feature makes sure that only the right users can access the platform while allowing quick and easy account creation and login. It keeps your information safe with secure connections and protections. The process is simple, with familiar steps like entering your email or username and password, and options to show your password, stay signed in, or recover your account if you forget your password. When you sign up, you'll need to confirm your email to make sure your account is genuine. The system checks your details instantly to help prevent mistakes, and it provides helpful messages if something isn't right. There are also support options if you need help with login or account issues.
Web
Logging In (For Existing Members)
1. Enter Your Details
In the login box, enter either your email address or your username, along with your password.
2. Show Password
If you're having trouble typing your password, click the eye icon next to the password field to reveal what you're entering.
3. Forgot Password
If you can't remember your password, click the Reset password link. You'll be taken to the Reset Password page where you can enter your email address or username.
After submitting, you'll see a confirmation screen letting you know that reset instructions have been sent to your email.
Troubleshooting Login Issues (Web)
Incorrect Information
If you enter the wrong email/username or password, an error message will appear immediately. Double-check your spelling and try again.

Signing Up (For New Users) — Web
1. Fill Out the Form
Click the Sign Up button and provide the following information:
- First name and Last name
- Valid email address
- Username
- Password and Confirm Password
2. Accept Terms
Check the boxes to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before continuing.
3. Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email address.
Troubleshooting Signup Issues (Web)
Invalid Username
Your username can only contain alphanumeric characters, dots, underscores, and hyphens. If you enter an invalid format, the field will highlight in red with an explanation.
Didn't Receive Verification Email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact our support team.
Apple Vision Pro
Logging In (For Existing Members)
1. Enter Your Details
When you open Vport on Apple Vision Pro, you'll see the Login to Vport screen. Use the gaze and pinch to select the fields and enter your username or email address and your password using the virtual keyboard.
2. Forgot Password
Look at the Forget your password? Reset Password link and pinch to open the password reset flow.
Signing Up (For New Users) — Apple Vision Pro
1. Fill Out the Form
Tap Signup from the login screen to open the Join the Vport registration form. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, username, password, and confirm password using the virtual keyboard.
2. Accept Terms
Check the boxes to accept the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and marketing preferences, then tap Continue.
After Logging In — Apple Vision Pro
Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Vport portal where you can browse featured events, free content, artist sets, and more.
Keeping Your Account Secure
