Can I use screen mirroring or AirPlay?

VPORT playback is designed for the web player and the Apple Vision Pro experience. Screen mirroring and AirPlay behavior can vary with the operating system, browser, output device, footage, and content-protection rules, so VPORT does not guarantee mirrored playback.

If a mirrored session shows a black screen, no audio, or repeated playback errors:

1. Stop mirroring and play the event directly on the supported device.
2. Confirm direct playback works before reconnecting the external display or audio output.
3. Check the operating-system audio-output and display settings.

If direct playback works but mirroring does not, include the source device, destination device, connection method, event, and error in a VPORT Support conversation.
