Trouble installing or launching the app?
If you are having trouble installing or launching the VPORT app, the following troubleshooting steps should help resolve most common issues.
Installing on Apple Vision Pro
Open the App Store on your Apple Vision Pro and search for "VPORT." Download and install the app directly from the store. Before installing, make sure your visionOS is updated to the latest version, as older versions may not be compatible with the current release of the app.
App won't launch
If the VPORT app installs successfully but will not launch or crashes immediately after opening, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If that does not work, restart your Apple Vision Pro entirely. A full device restart clears temporary system issues that can prevent apps from launching properly.
Installation fails
If the installation itself fails, the most common cause is insufficient storage. The VPORT app requires approximately 500 MB of free space. Check your available storage by going to Settings, then General, then Storage on your device. If storage is low, remove unused apps or media to free up space.
Clear the App Store cache
In some cases, a stale App Store cache can interfere with downloads. Go to Settings, then General, then Storage, and clear the App Store cache. After clearing the cache, return to the App Store and try the installation again.
