How do I buy credit or change a payment method?

On the web​

  1. Sign in and open Credit.
  2. Choose one of the credit packages currently displayed.
  3. Continue to Stripe Checkout and select a payment method offered there.
  4. After checkout completes, return to Credit and review Payment History.

The current VPORT web Portal does not provide a separate saved-card manager. To change the payment method, choose another option offered by Stripe Checkout rather than looking for a VPORT Payment Methods setting.

On Apple Vision Pro​

Available credit packages use Apple's in-app purchase flow. Confirm or change the payment method through the Apple purchase sheet and the Apple account settings, not through a saved-card page in VPORT.
