How do I change my payment method or top up my wallet?

Managing your payment methods and adding funds to your VPORT wallet is straightforward. Everything happens in one place at thevport.com/wallet.

Updating Your Payment Method

Navigate to thevport.com/wallet and scroll to the Payment Methods section. From there you can add or remove credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can store multiple payment methods and choose which one to use each time you add funds. Removing a payment method does not affect your existing wallet balance.

Topping Up Your Wallet

To add funds, click the "Add Funds" button on your wallet page. Choose your desired amount — the minimum top-up is $5 — and confirm the transaction using your preferred payment method. Top-ups are processed instantly, which means you can start watching content immediately after adding funds.

Your current wallet balance is displayed in real-time at the top of the wallet page, so you always know exactly how much you have available before starting an event.

Top-Up From Apple Vision Pro

You can also top up your wallet directly from the VPORT app on Apple Vision Pro. Before starting a show, the app will prompt you to add funds if your balance is too low. This keeps you in the experience without needing to switch to a browser.

If you run into any issues while adding funds or updating your payment method, check that your card has not expired and that your bank is not blocking the transaction.
