Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, your VPORT account supports simultaneous streaming on multiple devices. You can watch on up to 2 devices at the same time using the same account. Here is what you need to know about how multi-device streaming works.

How Concurrent Streaming Works

Each active stream bills per minute independently from your wallet. This means that if you are watching one event on your Apple Vision Pro and a different event on your iPad at the same time, both streams draw from your wallet balance at their respective per-minute rates. In practice, this doubles your per-minute spending for the duration of the overlap.

For example, if both events charge $0.10 per minute, running two streams simultaneously costs $0.20 per minute total. Your wallet balance at thevport.com/wallet updates in real-time to reflect all active streams.

Getting Started on Another Device

Simply log in to your VPORT account on any supported device and start watching. There is no special setting you need to enable. The platform automatically recognizes your account across devices.

Managing Active Sessions

You can view and manage all of your currently active sessions at thevport.com/account under the Active Sessions section. This shows which devices are currently streaming and allows you to end sessions remotely if needed.

Too Many Streams Error

If you see a "too many streams" error, it means you already have two active streams running. To fix this, log out of or stop playback on one of the other devices first. You can also end a session remotely from the Active Sessions page in your account settings.
