How do I start watching a 3D event?
Getting started with a 3D event on VPORT takes just a few steps. Whether you are using Apple Vision Pro, an iPad, or the web player, the process is designed to be quick and straightforward.
Step 1: Make Sure Your Wallet Has Funds
Before you can start a paid event, you need a balance in your wallet. Visit thevport.com/wallet to check your current balance and add funds if needed. Free events, marked with a "Free" label in the Portal, do not require any wallet balance.
Step 2: Browse and Select an Event
Explore available events through the VPORT Portal or at thevport.com. Tap or click on any event to see its details, including a description, the per-minute pricing, and the available playback modes.
Step 3: Start Watching
Hit "Watch Now" or "Teleport" to launch the stream. On Apple Vision Pro, the app will ask you to choose a playback mode:
- Window mode — displays the event in a flat floating window in your space
- Spatial mode — adds depth and 3D elements around you
- Immersive mode (360°) — delivers the full experience where you feel like you are physically at the venue
Immersive mode provides the most compelling experience and is recommended for live concerts, sports, and performances.
Billing and Previewing
Billing does not start until after the first 30 seconds of playback. This gives you a free preview window to check the stream quality and content before you commit. If you stop within 30 seconds, you are not charged.
On Apple Vision Pro, use the Digital Crown to adjust your immersion level during playback, letting you dial in the experience to your comfort level.
