How can I delete my account or turn off notifications?
These are separate actions. You do not need to delete your account to reduce notifications.
Manage notifications
Open Notifications. The current web settings let you turn these push-notification categories on or off:
- Live events and event reminders
- New content
- Payments and credit
- Promotions
- System updates
This page does not currently expose separate email-notification controls. If you need help with an email subscription, open a conversation in VPORT Support.
Delete your account
- Open Profile Privacy.
- Select Delete My Account.
- Read the confirmation carefully and confirm only if you intend to permanently remove the account and its associated data.
Deletion is presented as permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an unresolved credit, creator, or support matter, resolve it before deleting the account.
