How can I delete my account or turn off notifications?
VPORT gives you full control over your notification preferences and account data. You can adjust notifications without deleting your account, or remove your account entirely if you choose.
Managing notifications
Go to thevport.com/account and navigate to Preferences, then Notifications. From here, you can toggle off individual notification types including email notifications, push notifications, and marketing communications. Changes take effect immediately, so you will stop receiving any notifications you turn off right away.
Deleting your account
If you want to permanently delete your VPORT account, go to thevport.com/account and navigate to Privacy, then select Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm your decision before the process begins.
What happens when you delete your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account, all of the following will be permanently removed:
- Your complete watch history
- Any remaining wallet balance
- Creator data and uploaded content
- Profile information and preferences
Please allow up to 30 days for full data removal from all VPORT systems. If you have remaining wallet funds, consider using them before initiating deletion.
