How do I change my registered email or phone?
You can update your registered email address or phone number directly from your account settings. VPORT requires verification of your new contact information to keep your account secure.
How to update your email or phone
Sign in and go to thevport.com/account. Navigate to Personal Info and click Edit next to the email or phone field you want to change. Enter your new email address or phone number, then submit the change.
Verify your new contact information
VPORT will send a verification code to your new email address or phone number. Enter this code to confirm the update. Until you complete verification, your old email or phone number remains active on your account, so you will not lose access during the process.
Confirmation on both addresses
Once verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation notification on both your old and new email addresses (or phone numbers). This ensures you are aware of the change in case it was not made by you. If you did not request this change, contact thevport.com/support immediately to secure your account.
