I forgot my password — how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your VPORT password, you can reset it quickly using your registered email address. The process only takes a few minutes.

Reset your password

Go to thevport.com/reset-password and enter the email address associated with your VPORT account. Click Submit, then check your inbox for a password reset email. The reset link in the email is valid for 15 minutes, so be sure to use it promptly. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Signed up with Apple or Google?

If you originally created your account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, you do not have a VPORT-specific password. Instead, use the same Apple or Google sign-in method on the login page to access your account. No password reset is needed.

Still not receiving the reset email?

If you have tried requesting a reset link twice and still have not received an email, your registered email address may be different from what you are entering. Double-check for typos or try any other email addresses you may have used. If the problem persists, contact the support team at thevport.com/support for further assistance.
