Browsing & Discovery

VPORT's web platform at thevport.com is designed to help you discover live concerts, artist performances, venues, and music brands. This guide covers the main ways to explore and find content.

Home Feed

The home page is your starting point for discovering content on VPORT. At the very top, a large hero banner highlights a featured event with the event name displayed prominently and an Experience it button that launches the event player immediately.

Below the hero banner, the feed is organized into horizontally scrollable carousels:

  • Free for you -- a curated selection of events you can watch at no cost. Each event card displays a thumbnail image, the event title, and the date. Scroll horizontally through the carousel to see more options.
  • Artist Sets -- performances grouped by individual artists. You will see cards for performers such as Nick Morgan, Oscaar B2B Valou, Toola B2B Ayaz, and SAHAR ZIN, each with a thumbnail and the artist name.
  • Event Collection -- curated groupings of events organized by theme, series, or genre, giving you another way to browse related content.

Additional sections appear as you continue scrolling, with the feed loading more content dynamically to keep your discovery experience fresh.

As you scroll further down the page, the Artist Sets carousel and Event Collection sections come into view, providing deeper browsing into the platform's catalog.

Click any card in these carousels to navigate to the event detail page, where you can learn more about the performance and start watching.

Artist Pages

Every artist on VPORT has a dedicated profile page containing:

  • Bio -- a short description of the artist and their musical background.
  • Performances -- a list of all recorded performances and upcoming events featuring the artist, displayed as event cards with thumbnails, dates, and venue information.
  • Social Links -- direct links to the artist's social media profiles so you can connect with them outside of VPORT.

Artist pages give you a complete picture of who the performer is and make it easy to explore their full catalog of sets on the platform.

Past Events

The Past Events page provides a dedicated space for browsing previously recorded performances that are available for on-demand viewing. The page displays an Artist Sets section where event cards show the performance thumbnail, the artist name, the date of the event, and the venue location.

This is a great place to catch up on sets you may have missed or to revisit a performance you enjoyed. Each card links directly to the event player so you can start watching immediately.

Following

VPORT lets you follow artists, venues, users, and music brands to personalize your experience. Visit your Following page at thevport.com/following to see everyone you follow.

The page includes filter tabs at the top that let you narrow down your list by category:

  • All -- shows a combined count of all entities you follow (for example, "All(5)").
  • Artists -- musicians and performers you follow, with a count such as "Artists(4)". Each artist card displays their avatar, name, and a Following button you can click to unfollow.
  • Venues -- event spaces and locations you are tracking.
  • Users -- other VPORT users you follow.
  • Music Brands -- promoters and music brands whose events you want to stay updated on.

Each category section shows its own set of cards. The Artists section displays artist cards with profile images and names, while the Music Brands section appears below with its own set of cards.

To follow a new artist, venue, or brand, visit their page anywhere on the platform and click the Follow button. To unfollow, click the Following button on the following page or on the entity's profile.
