Getting Started on Web
Use the VPORT web Portal to create an account, discover available events, buy credit, and watch browser-supported footage.
1. Create and verify your account
- Open VPORT Sign Up.
- Enter your first and last name, email address, username, and password.
- Review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The separate email-news subscription is optional.
- Submit the form and enter the verification code sent to your email.
The current web form uses email, username, and password credentials. It does not offer Google or Apple sign-up.
2. Sign in
Open VPORT Login and enter either your username or account email together with your password.
If the password is unknown, use Reset Password. The reset form accepts a username or email and sends instructions to the registered email address.
3. Find an event
After signing in, use the home feed or search to open an event. The available sections are driven by the current catalog, so labels and ordering can change as events are added.
Before starting a paid event, review the price shown on its page. Free events do not require credit. For paid events, open Credit and choose one of the packages currently available to your account.
4. Start playback
Open the event and select its available playback action. The web player presents footage supported by the browser. Spatial, stereo, 180-degree, and 360-degree presentation depends on the uploaded footage and the device being used.
