Wallet & Payments

VPORT uses a wallet-based payment system for paid content. You purchase credit in advance, and those funds are used automatically as you watch paid events on a pay-per-minute basis. This guide covers how to buy credit, review your payment history, and understand how billing works.

Buy Credit

Navigate to thevport.com/wallet to add funds to your wallet. The Buy Credit page presents three pricing cards, each offering a different amount of viewing time:

  • $5.00 -- includes a set number of minutes for Basic events and a smaller allocation for Premium events. Click the Purchase button on this card to buy.
  • $10.00 -- a mid-tier option with more minutes for both Basic and Premium events. Click Purchase to buy.
  • $20.00 -- the largest package, offering the most minutes for Basic and Premium events. Click Purchase to buy.

Each pricing card clearly lists what is included -- the number of minutes of Basic event viewing and the number of minutes of Premium event viewing -- so you can choose the option that best fits your watching habits.

Payment History

Below the pricing cards on the wallet page, you will find the Payment History table. This table provides a complete record of all wallet activity and is organized with three tabs:

  • Purchased -- records of every credit purchase you have made, showing when you added funds and how much.
  • Usage -- a breakdown of charges incurred while watching paid events, so you can see exactly how your balance was spent.
  • Adjustment -- any manual adjustments or corrections applied to your wallet balance.

Each tab displays a table with the following columns:

  • Row -- a sequential row number.
  • Date -- the date of the transaction.
  • Starting Balance -- your wallet balance before the transaction.
  • Amount -- the amount added or deducted.
  • Ending Balance -- your wallet balance after the transaction.

This detailed history makes it easy to track your spending and understand how your wallet balance has changed over time.

How Billing Works

Paid events on VPORT use a pay-per-minute billing model. Here is how it works:

  • When you start watching a paid event, you receive a 30-second preview at no cost.
  • After 30 seconds of viewing, billing begins and your wallet balance is charged per minute of active watch time.
  • If you pause the video or navigate away, billing pauses as well. You are only charged for the time you actively spend watching.
  • If your wallet balance reaches zero during playback, the stream pauses and you are prompted to add more funds before continuing.

This model lets you sample content before committing, and you only pay for what you actually watch.

Billing Summary Table

At the bottom of the wallet page, a summary table gives you a quick overview of your overall billing activity. It contains three rows:

  • Charges -- the total amount that has been deducted from your wallet for watching paid events.
  • Not Charged -- time you spent watching that was not billed, such as the free 30-second preview or any content that is free to watch.
  • Purchase -- the total amount of credit you have purchased and added to your wallet.

This table is useful for seeing your overall spending at a glance without needing to scroll through the full transaction history.

Wallet in the Navbar

Your current wallet balance is always visible in the top navigation bar of every page on VPORT. The balance -- for example, "$75.31" -- appears near the top right of the screen next to your user avatar and display name. This means you never need to leave your current page to check how much credit you have remaining.

The navbar balance updates in real time as you watch paid content or purchase additional credit, giving you a constant, accurate view of your available funds.
