Watching Content
VPORT's web player lets you watch concerts and events directly in your browser at thevport.com. This guide explains how to find content, use the player, and manage your viewing history.
Finding Content to Watch
You can find events to watch in several ways:
- Home feed -- browse the hero banner, Free for you carousel, Artist Sets, and Event Collection sections on the home page.
- Past Events -- visit the Past Events page to browse previously recorded performances available for on-demand viewing.
- Search -- use the search bar at the top of any page to look for a specific artist, event, or venue by name.
Click on any event card to open the event detail page, then start playback from there.
The Web Player
The web video player provides a standard set of controls for a comfortable viewing experience:
- Play / Pause -- click the play button or press the spacebar to toggle playback.
- Seek -- drag the progress bar to jump to a specific moment in the performance.
- Volume -- adjust the volume slider or click the speaker icon to mute and unmute audio.
- Quality Selection -- choose your preferred video quality based on your internet connection. Higher quality delivers a sharper image but requires more bandwidth.
- Fullscreen -- click the fullscreen button to expand the player to fill your entire screen. Press Escape to exit fullscreen mode.
On the web, all content plays in Window mode, which presents the video as a standard 2D flat view within your browser. This mode works on any modern desktop or laptop browser.
If the content is a 360° video, you can look around the scene by clicking and dragging anywhere on the player with your mouse. Hold the mouse button and move in any direction to pan the camera and explore the full 360° environment around you.
Spatial mode and Immersive mode, which provide a three-dimensional viewing experience with depth and spatial audio, are available exclusively on Apple Vision Pro. If you have a Vision Pro, refer to the VisionOS guides for details on those viewing modes.
Watch History
VPORT tracks your viewing progress automatically. Visit thevport.com/watch-history to see everything you have previously watched.
The Watch History page displays a Previously Watched section containing event cards with thumbnail images and the dates you watched them. Click any card to jump back into the event and resume from where you left off. This makes it easy to revisit a favorite performance or continue one you did not finish.

Pay-Per-Minute
Some events on VPORT are paid content that uses a pay-per-minute billing model. When you start watching a paid event, you receive a 30-second preview at no cost. After 30 seconds, billing begins and your wallet balance is charged per minute of active watch time.
Your wallet balance is displayed in the top navigation bar and updates in real time as you watch, so you always know exactly how much credit you have remaining. If your balance reaches zero during playback, the stream pauses and you are prompted to add more funds. For details on adding credit, see the Wallet & Payments guide.
